Ingredients
  1. 1 can tuna drained and broken up
  2. 2 stalks celery chopped
  3. 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  4. 2 Swiss Cheese slices
  5. 4 white bread slices
  6. 1 egg beaten
  7. 2 cups potato chips crushed
  8. 2 tbsp butter
Method
  1. Combine the tuna, celery, and mayonnaise.
  2. Place one slice of Swiss cheese on each of two slices of bread.
  3. Spread half of the tuna mixture on top of each and top with remaining bread slices.
  4. Dip each sandwich into beaten egg and then into the potato chips.
  5. Melt 2 tbsp. butter in a skillet or on a griddle.
  6. Brown sandwiches one one side and then on the other until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve with carrot sticks and milk.
