Ingredients
  1. 2 ea Onions Chopped
  2. 2 ea Garlic Cloves Minced
  3. 1 Tablespoon Oil
  4. 36 ea Tomatoes Peeled
  5. 16 oz Canned Stewed Tomatos (Optional)
  6. 8 oz Tomato Sauce
  7. 1 Potatoes
  8. 2 Tablespoon Dill Freshly Chopped
  9. 1 Teaspoon Thyme Leaves
  10. 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  11. 3 ea Bay Leaves
  12. 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  13. 1 Tablespoon Parsley Chopped
  14. 2 lb Fish Boneless
Method
  1. Cook onion and garlic in oil till tender. Cut up tomatoes.Peel and chop potato.
  2. Stir in untrained tomatoes tomato sauce potato dill bay leaves thyme and pepper. Bring to boil reduce heat cover and simmer 30 minutes Stir in fish lemon juice & parsley.
  3. Bring to boil reduce heat cover & simmer 3-5 minutes more.
