Ingredients
  1. 2 cups chicken breast cooked and cubed
  2. 2 md red apples cored and chopped
  3. 1 can pineapple crushed
  4. 1/2 cup celery chopped
  5. 1/3 cup lemon yogurt
  6. 1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise
  7. 1/4 ts celery seeds
  8. 4 ea whole wheat pita breads
  9. 4 ea lettuce leaves
Method
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, apples,pineapple,and celery.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, and celery seeds.
  3. Add to chicken mixture and toss until well coated.
  4. To serve, cut the top from each pita.
  5. Line each pita with a lettuce leaf and spoon in about 1 cup of the chicken mixture.
