Ingredients
  1. 250g Sweet Pastry
  2. 2 Oranges
  3. 1kg Clementines
  4. 50g Sugar
  5. 100g Butter
Method
  1. Put butter and sugar in a thick-bottomed pan.
  2. Peel clementines and oranges and cut into quarters.
  3. Place in pan.
  4. Cook for 15mins over a high heat.
  5. If using pastry, roll out onto a floured surface, then place into flan dish.
  6. Preheat oven to 210F.
  7. Pour fruit and butter mixture into flan or pastry case, be for 25 minuets
  8. Serve warm or cold, with custard or cream.
