Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. pasta ruffles cooked and cooled
  2. 1 cup peas frozen
  3. 1/2 cup black olives Handful of pitted
  4. 1/2 cup walnuts Handful of whole or chopped
  5. 3 stalks celery sliced
  6. 1/2 lg red bell pepper diced
  7. 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  8. 2 oz Swiss cheese cubed
  9. 4-5 Tbsp mayonnaise
  10. 2 tsp emon juice
  11. 1 tsp olive oil
  12. 2 Tbspbottled I bottled Italian dressing
  13. 1 tsp salt
  14. 1 tsp black pepperper ground
Method
  1. Drain pasta well.
  2. In large bowl, mix all ingredients and sprinkle with paprika.
  3. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
