Ingredients
  1. 1ΒΌ cups water
  2. 4 pods cardamom slit
  3. 1 stick cinnamon broken in half
  4. pinch nutmeg
  5. 1 clove
  6. 2 cups coffee strong, freshly brewed
  7. 1 cup milk
  8. 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
Method
  1. In a medium-size pot, bring water to a boil.
  2. Stir in the spices, cover, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the pr-brewed coffee.
  4. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat milk until almost boiling.
  5. Strain the coffee through a fine mesh strainer covered with cheesecloth into the milk.
  6. Add sweetener, stir, and serve in mugs.
