Ingredients
  1. 1 Savoury Pastry Case Ready-Made
  2. 12 Onions
  3. 12 Eggs
  4. 1 Small Pot Reduced-fat Cream
  5. 200g Grated Cheese
Method
  1. Precook the pastry case in a flan dish for 10 minutes at 450F.
  2. Peel and slice onions.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a frying pan at medium heat.
  4. Add the onions and saute for 10 minutes, until translucent.
  5. Beat the eggs.
  6. Add salt, pepper, and grated cheese.
  7. Mix with onions.
  8. Cover pastry case with mixture and cook in a very hot oven for 25 minutes, then at 400F for a further 15 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
