Ingredients
  1. 2 Eggs
  2. 2 Tablespoon Formula or Milk
  3. 2 Tablespoon Shredded Mild Cheddar
  4. 1/2 Teaspoon Butter
  5. 2 Tablespoon American Cheese (Optional)
Method
  1. Whip the eggs & milk until foamy. Add cheese.
  2. Add the butter to a small frying pan and allow to melt and cover the bottom of pan.
  3. Cook the mixture in pan over medium heat for about 4 minutes. Stir constantly to keep the eggs moist and not crispy.
  4. Cool to warm & serve.
