Curry crackers

Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Margarine
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Onion Minced Finely
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Pressed
- 3/4 Teaspoon Grated Ginger
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne
- 2 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Water
Method
- Aproximately Preheat oven to 325F. Melt margarine in a small frying pan.
- Add onion garlic & ginger & salute until the onion is translucent.
- Add spices & stir fry for 1 minute. In a large bowl combine flour & salt.
- Add spice mixture & blend well. Slowly add as much water as is needed to make a dough. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions & roll out to 1/16" thickness. Cut into 2" shapes & prick with a fork.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until crisp. Cool on wire racks. Serve with dips.
