Ingredients
  1. 3 Tablespoons Margarine
  2. 1 1/2 Tablespoon Onion Minced Finely
  3. 1 Teaspoon Garlic Pressed
  4. 3/4 Teaspoon Grated Ginger
  5. 1 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
  6. 1 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander
  7. 1 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
  8. 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne
  9. 2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  10. 1 Teaspoon Salt
  11. 1/2 Cup Water
Method
  1. Aproximately Preheat oven to 325F. Melt margarine in a small frying pan.
  2. Add onion garlic & ginger & salute until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add spices & stir fry for 1 minute. In a large bowl combine flour & salt.
  4. Add spice mixture & blend well. Slowly add as much water as is needed to make a dough. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions & roll out to 1/16" thickness. Cut into 2" shapes & prick with a fork.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until crisp. Cool on wire racks. Serve with dips.
