Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients
- 16 ounces fresh cranberries
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 1/2 cup apples chopped
- 1/2 cup pears chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup walnuts coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cloves ground
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- In large kettle, bring all ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Store in refrigerator. Will keep several weeks.
