Ingredients
  1. 16 ounces fresh cranberries
  2. 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
  3. 1/2 cup raisins
  4. 1/2 cup celery chopped
  5. 1/2 cup apples chopped
  6. 1/2 cup pears chopped
  7. 1/2 cup water
  8. 1/4 cup walnuts coarsely chopped
  9. 2 tbsp ginger minced
  10. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  11. 1/4 tsp cloves ground
  12. 1 tsp salt
Method
  1. In large kettle, bring all ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Store in refrigerator. Will keep several weeks.
