Ingredients
  1. 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly Grated
  2. 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
  3. 1 Tablespoon Fennel Seed
  4. 4 Cups Chopped Cabbage
  5. 2 Tablespoons Oil
  6. 3 Cloves Garlic
  7. 1 Onion
  8. 1 Wheat Pizza Crust
Method
  1. In a frying pan, saute the onion and garlic in the oil for 5 minutes, or until soft.
  2. Add the cabbage and fennel seeds. Stir well and cover.
  3. Cook over medium low hear until the cabbage is just wilted.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  5. Place the pizza crust on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Top with the tomato sauce, then the cabbage mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned.
