Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  2. 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Prosciutto
  3. 1/2 Memon
  4. 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  5. 1 Teaspoon White Pepper
  6. 1 Medium Yellow Onion
  7. 1 Package Plisbury Pizza Dough
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Boil heavy cream until thickened.
  3. Add white pepper and the juice from a half of a lemon.
  4. Slice onion very thin so that you are left with rings.
  5. Saute onion rings in olive oil until they are starting to get brown.
  6. Unroll pizza dough onto a non stick pizza pan.
  7. Add cheese, then prosciutto.
  8. Add the cream mixture at a time to the pizza, a tablespoon at a time, forming little puddles spread around the pizza.
  9. Drain the onions and put them on last. They will continue to caramelize as the pizza bakes.
  10. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Do not over bake.
